Return & Exchange Conditions
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Return Period:
- You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations.
Return Eligibility:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated via email or contact form within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made, personalized, or opened resin products (if protective seal is broken).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products used in 3D printing or partially consumed.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
